Job Description
Amritsar Eye Clinic is inviting applications for the position of Pharmacist at its Vikas Nagar branch in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Candidates with a D. Pharma or B. Pharma qualification and experience in a hospital or clinical environment can apply. Freshers with the required educational qualification may also be considered.

The role involves supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations and maintaining proper records of medicines and related supplies in coordination with the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
Dispense medicines as prescribed by authorized medical professionals.
Check prescriptions and ensure medicines are provided accurately.
Maintain proper records of medicines and pharmacy transactions.
Check medicine stock and monitor inventory levels.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing medicines.
Check medicine packaging, labels and expiry dates.
Coordinate with the clinic’s medical and support staff regarding pharmacy requirements.
Keep the pharmacy area organized and maintain appropriate storage practices.
Assist with routine pharmacy-related administrative work.
Follow applicable pharmacy, safety and workplace procedures.

Required Qualifications
D. Pharma or B. Pharma from a recognized institution/university.
1–3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setup is preferred.
Freshers may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail while handling prescriptions, medicines and records.
Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment.

Experience
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setup will be preferred.
