Job Description & Role Summary
We are urgently hiring dedicated Nursing Staff (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing) to provide high-quality patient care and support doctors across various medical departments. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, attentive, and capable of handling hospital ward duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain accurate medical records, observation charts, and patient care notes.
Assist doctors during clinical rounds, examinations, and emergency medical procedures.
Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in patient rooms and wards.
Address patient needs, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism and compassion.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution.
Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and experienced nursing professionals.
Skills: Strong clinical competencies, patience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments.
