Job Description
BMS Electrical & Automation is hiring for the position of On-Field Sales Executive for its operations in Rudrapur and Kashipur.
The selected candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, customer interaction, understanding client requirements and promoting electrical and industrial products. This role is suitable for candidates who have good communication skills and an interest in electrical products, switchgear and industrial sales.
Candidates with prior experience in electrical sales or industrial products will be preferred. Freshers with an electrical background can also apply.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and potential clients for business development.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical products.
Promote and sell electrical, switchgear, cable and panel-related products.
Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
Generate sales leads through field visits and customer interactions.
Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, product requirements and orders.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain regular communication with the sales team and management.
Stay updated about electrical products and industrial market requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech / ITI / MBA candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of switchgear, cables and electrical panels is preferred.
Basic understanding of the industrial market.
1+ year of experience is preferred.
Freshers with an electrical background can also apply.
Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills will be an advantage.
