Job Description
Avonaire Solutions, an HVAC and air-conditioning company, is hiring dynamic and suitable candidates for multiple positions in Dehradun. The recruitment is open for professionals with experience in air conditioning, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation systems, AMC, and service operations.

The company also welcomes freshers for Back Office and Sales positions.

Avonaire Solutions works in HVAC engineering and provides solutions including VRV/VRF air conditioning, ventilation, chiller plants, and other HVAC systems.

1. HVAC Service Engineer
The HVAC Service Engineer will be responsible for supporting installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service activities related to air-conditioning and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
Handle HVAC service and maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot air-conditioning system issues.
Support installation and commissioning activities.
Work with VRV/VRF and other HVAC systems.
Attend customer service requirements and breakdown calls.
Maintain service records and reports.
Follow safety and technical procedures during service operations.

Preferred Skills
Experience in HVAC or air-conditioning service.
Knowledge of VRV/VRF systems.
Understanding of ventilation and HVAC equipment.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Candidates with relevant service experience will be preferred.

2. VRV/VRF AC Technician
The VRV/VRF AC Technician will assist with installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of VRV/VRF air-conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain VRV/VRF AC systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Perform routine servicing and maintenance.
Assist with refrigerant piping and related HVAC work.
Support testing and commissioning of systems.
Follow workplace safety procedures.

3. Sales & Marketing Executive
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting business development and promoting the company’s HVAC and air-conditioning services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential customers.
Promote HVAC and air-conditioning solutions.
Maintain customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Prepare basic sales information and reports.
Support marketing and business development activities.

4. Data Entry / Back Office Executive
The Data Entry / Back Office Executive will support routine office, documentation, data entry, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain business data accurately.
Maintain digital and physical records.
Prepare basic reports and documents.
Handle routine back-office activities.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Maintain organized documentation.

Eligibility & Requirements
