Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR or similar field
4️⃣ Assistant Production Manager
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma Holder
Experience: 3–5 years in production & team handling

🔍 Quality Checker
Inspect product quality
Identify defects and ensure standards
Maintain quality control reports
📦 Dispatch / Packing Assistant
Handle packing operations
Maintain dispatch records
Coordinate with inventory team
👨💼 HR Assistant
Assist in recruitment process
Maintain employee records
Support HR operations
🏭 Assistant Production Manager
Plan and monitor production
Supervise team and workflow
Improve manufacturing efficiency
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th / Graduate / Diploma (as per role)
Basic communication skills
Interest in manufacturing/automobile sector

₹12,000 – ₹30,000 (Approx, based on experience & role)
