1. Trainee – Production (Required Skill: AutoCAD)
Designation: Trainee
Department: Production
Primary Skill: AutoCAD Proficiency
Key Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and updating 2D/3D technical drawings and engineering schematics using AutoCAD.
Assisting design and production engineers with drafting layouts, components, and product modifications.
Maintaining technical drawing files and standard operating procedure (SOP) design documentation.
Supporting shop-floor teams to ensure accurate implementation of drawing specifications.
2. Trainee – Production (Required Skill: ERP)
Designation: Trainee
Department: Production
Primary Skill: ERP System Operations
Key Responsibilities:Assisting with daily data entry, tracking, and updating production records within the company’s ERP system.
Monitoring material consumption, inventory movements, and shop-floor order status.
Generating daily operational reports and coordinating workflow updates between production and warehouse teams.
Supporting line leads to maintain clean and accurate digital manufacturing logs.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Background: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or related technical discipline preferred.
Skill Requirements:Position 1: Hands-on knowledge or certification in AutoCAD.
Position 2: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with ERP software / database entry.
Attributes: Strong willingness to learn, high attention to detail, and good team communication skills.
