Current Open Positions & Requirements
1. Operations Manager
Department: Operations & Plant Management
Experience Required: 7 to 8+ Years
Preferred Industry Experience: PET Preform, Plastics, Packaging, or Injection Moulding
Key Responsibilities:Directing daily manufacturing operations to ensure high productivity and operational efficiency.
Supervising plant production schedules, material flow, and continuous process improvements.
Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, quality standards, and resource utilization.
2. Maintenance Manager
Department: Engineering & Plant Maintenance
Experience Required: 7 to 8+ Years
Preferred Industry Experience: PET Preform, Plastics, Packaging, or Injection Moulding
Key Responsibilities:Leading preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance across all plant machinery and utilities.
Minimizing machine downtime, managing spare parts inventory, and optimizing equipment efficiency.
Implementing safety protocols and managing engineering team activities.
3. Maintenance Executive
Department: Maintenance / Engineering
Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years
Preferred Industry Experience: PET Preform, Plastics, Packaging, or Injection Moulding
Key Responsibilities:Carrying out routine electrical/mechanical inspections and equipment servicing.
Supporting rapid troubleshooting during machinery breakdowns to ensure continuous production.
Documenting maintenance logs, equipment health reports, and spare part usage.
4. Production Manager – Husky Machines
Department: Production / Injection Moulding
Experience Required: 8 to 9+ Years
Mandatory Requirement: Hands-on operational experience with Husky Injection Moulding Machines.
Key Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end production processes specifically on Husky Injection Moulding systems.
Maintaining high-quality PET preform output, optimizing cycle times, and reducing scrap rates.
Leading shift operations, troubleshooting technical processing issues, and training shop floor operators.
