Job Description
GN PAL Speciality Molecules LLP is hiring a Fresher Data Entry Operator for its Engineering Store department at its pharmaceutical/API manufacturing facility in Sitarganj, Uttarakhand.
This is a suitable opportunity for B.Com freshers who have basic computer knowledge and want to start their career in a professional industrial environment. GN PAL Speciality Molecules operates an API manufacturing facility in SIDCUL, Sitarganj, with manufacturing, R&D, analytical development and quality-control facilities.
The selected candidate will primarily support data entry, documentation and store-related administrative activities within the Engineering Store.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update engineering store data accurately in computer systems.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Assist with preparation and maintenance of store-related documents.
Update inventory and material records as required.
Maintain proper documentation for engineering materials and spare parts.
Assist the store team with data management and record keeping.
Prepare basic reports using MS Excel and other computer applications.
Coordinate with the engineering and store teams regarding documentation.
Ensure that data is entered accurately and records are kept up to date.
Follow company procedures for documentation and data management.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company records.
