Job Description
Jubilant Generics is looking for an experienced HPLC Analyst (QC) to join its Quality Control team in Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical analytical testing, with hands-on expertise in HPLC, water HPLC, dissolution and chromatography. The candidate should also be familiar with Empower CDS, cGMP, data integrity and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine HPLC analysis of pharmaceutical samples.
Conduct testing related to water HPLC, dissolution and chromatography as per approved methods and procedures.
Independently operate HPLC instruments and perform analytical testing according to established procedures.
Review chromatograms, analytical results and related laboratory data for accuracy and completeness.
Perform HPLC troubleshooting and coordinate corrective actions when analytical issues arise.
Operate and maintain analytical instruments in accordance with laboratory procedures.
Use Empower CDS for instrument operation, data acquisition, processing and documentation.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure proper documentation of analytical activities.
Follow applicable cGMP, Data Integrity and regulatory guidelines.
Support investigations related to analytical results, instrument issues or laboratory deviations.
Ensure laboratory activities comply with applicable SOPs, specifications and approved analytical methods.
Maintain a high level of data accuracy, traceability and integrity throughout the testing process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–5 years in pharmaceutical Quality Control / Analytical Testing.
Hands-on experience with HPLC analysis.
Experience in water HPLC, dissolution and chromatography.
Working knowledge of Empower CDS.
Ability to independently perform HPLC analysis and troubleshoot analytical issues.
Strong understanding of cGMP, Data Integrity and regulatory guidelines.
Experience working in USFDA / EU-regulated pharmaceutical facilities.
Good laboratory documentation and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
