Job Description & Role Profile
As a GM / Manager Production at Panchwati Prayogshala, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end plant operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring smooth production workflows. This role demands leadership, strict quality governance, and efficient resource allocation to meet key organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily plant production operations efficiently.
Develop and implement production plans to consistently meet targets and deadlines.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control and food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP).
Optimize manufacturing processes, reduce production waste, and maximize yield.
Lead and mentor production and raw material management teams to foster operational excellence.
Manage raw material procurement coordination and maintain inventory efficiency.
Troubleshoot technical and operational production issues and implement prompt corrective actions (CAPA).
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Proven leadership experience as a Production Manager or General Manager in the FMCG / Food Processing industry.
Compliance Standards: Hands-on knowledge of FSSAI regulatory requirements, HACCP guidelines, and plant quality controls.
Skills: Operations leadership, production planning, waste reduction strategies, team management, and problem-solving.
