Job Description & Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Engineer (B.Tech / Diploma) to assist with mechanical design, drafting, and analysis tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical aptitude, a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, and familiarity with industry-standard design tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and modify 2D drafts and 3D models using SolidWorks.
Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards accurately in technical drawings.
Assist in mechanical component design, material selection, and tolerance analysis.
Coordinate with the manufacturing and production teams to understand processes and bridge design-to-production gaps.
Troubleshoot technical issues and apply analytical problem-solving skills to ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Software Skills: Good knowledge of SolidWorks (specifically 2D Drafting, 3D Modelling, and GD&T).
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical design, engineering materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
Soft Skills: Good technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
