Job Description
Panasonic is hiring Engineer / Sr. Engineer for its Quality Department. The role is suitable for candidates who have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills and an interest in maintaining and improving product and process quality.

The selected candidate will work with internal teams and external customers to ensure quality standards are maintained and continuous improvement activities are carried out effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure product and process quality compliance.
Analyze and resolve quality-related issues.
Support continuous improvement activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality requirements.
Maintain and follow applicable quality standards and procedures.
Support problem-solving and corrective action activities.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong technical knowledge of relevant standards.

Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
