1. Sr. Engineer – IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
Department: IQC
Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years
Offered CTC: ₹5.0 to ₹7.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities & Skills:Performing thorough incoming inspection of raw materials and incoming components.
Conducting supplier visits, managing vendor quality, and carrying out supplier audit plans.
Maintaining strong working knowledge of ISO quality compliance standards and documentation.
2. Engineer – Final Testing
Department: Final Testing
Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years
Offered CTC: ₹4.0 to ₹5.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities & Skills:Conducting comprehensive electrical testing on finished equipment including High Voltage (HV) testing, Megger testing, and functional testing.
Hands-on testing experience specific to Bus Trunking, Bus Duct systems, and Electrical Panels.
Logging Non-Conformities (NCs) and collaborating with production to execute immediate root-cause resolutions.
3. Assistant Manager (AM) – Contracts
Department: Contracts
Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: 8 to 15 Years
Offered CTC: ₹7.0 to ₹9.0 LPA
Key Responsibilities & Skills:Managing end-to-end project records, purchase orders (P.O. verification), and contract timelines.
Ensuring timely execution and delivery of commercial contracts and key client projects.
Interfacing between clients, project management, and cross-functional site teams.
4. Sr. Engineer – Logistics
Department: Logistics
Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: 6 to 15 Years
Offered CTC: ₹5.0 to ₹6.1 LPA
Key Responsibilities & Skills:Overseeing wooden packaging specifications, dispatch records, and transport safety requirements.
Generating dispatches, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate ERP system entries.
Managing warehouse dispatch schedules and freight logistics.
5. Engineer – R&D (Research & Development)
Department: R&D
Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: 2 to 8 Years
Offered CTC: ₹3.0 to ₹4.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities & Skills:3D CAD product design using Creo Parametric.
Contributing to new product development (NPD), modifications, and technical documentation for Bus Duct and Bus Trunking units.
Collaborating with manufacturing teams to refine design precision.
