Prince Pipes and Fittings is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Maintenance Extrusion Manager to lead the maintenance function of extrusion operations at our Haridwar location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, optimal performance, and cost-effective maintenance of extrusion lines to support seamless production within the pipes industry.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the maintenance team for extrusion lines to ensure high equipment availability and operational reliability.
Maintenance Planning: Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Equipment Optimization: Ensure optimum performance of extrusion machines, moulds, tools, and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of repeated breakdowns and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Documentation & Metrics: Maintain proper maintenance documentation, reports, and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, and Downtime.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
Inventory & Cost Control: Manage spare parts inventory, coordinate with vendors, and drive cost-control measures in the maintenance department.
Compliance & Standards: Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and strictly enforce compliance with safety, 5S, and quality standards.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 15 to 20 years of total experience in industrial maintenance, with a minimum of 8 to 10 years specifically in extrusion machine maintenance within the pipes industry.
Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in the maintenance of single & twin screw extruders, dies, downstream equipment, vacuum tanks, haul-offs, cutters, etc.
Systems Knowledge: Sound knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, as well as PLC/SCADA systems for extrusion lines.
Leadership & Management: Proven track record in leading maintenance teams, executing preventive maintenance plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production Engineering) or Diploma in Engineering with a strong technical background.
