🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant financial control, costing, and budgeting
Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency
Monitor plant KPIs and financial performance metrics
Ensure proper financial reporting and variance analysis
Handle budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control
Work closely with plant operations and leadership teams
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
ICWA / CMA qualified professional

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Excellent analytical and leadership skills
