Job Description
Ristec Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and motivated Medical Representative for its team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates who have at least 6 months of relevant experience and are interested in building a career in pharmaceutical sales and healthcare marketing.
The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products, developing professional relationships with healthcare professionals, generating sales, and supporting business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and other relevant customers.
Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals and business partners.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and medical professionals.
Explain product features, benefits, and appropriate product information professionally.
Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Monitor market activities and competitor information.
Maintain regular records of customer visits and sales activities.
Coordinate with the company team regarding orders, customer feedback, and market requirements.
Build and maintain a strong customer network in the assigned area.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales.
Candidates should have their own vehicle for field visits.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical sales and healthcare marketing.
Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Candidates comfortable with regular field work will be preferred.
