Requirements & Qualifications
Education: B.Tech in Interior Design or a related field (Mandatory).
Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in Interior Finishing.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of finishing materials, execution methods, and site management.
Communication: Excellent coordination skills to effectively manage site teams, vendors, and clients.
Management Skills: Proven ability to manage work quality, control costs, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily interior finishing activities at the project site.
Ensure all quality standards are met and projects are completed on schedule.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and the internal site team.
Inspect ongoing work and ensure strict compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.
Maintain accurate daily reports and provide regular progress updates to management.
