🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR or related field
Strong communication & leadership skills
Experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / Pharma industry preferred
Good knowledge of labour laws & HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office & HR software
