Job Description
Sarthak Global, a distributor of an ISO 9001 awarded company, is looking for Female Telecallers for its Dehradun operations. The company deals in Rooftop Solar solutions for domestic, commercial, and industrial requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasing personality, good communication skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain rooftop solar products and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain communication.
Maintain basic customer and call records.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Handle customer communication in a polite and professional manner.

Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing personality.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
