1. Junior Engineer (JE) – Civil – 01 Position
The company is looking for a Junior Engineer (Civil) to join its team and contribute to high-rise residential building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution and supervision of civil construction activities.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and other professionals.
Monitor construction work according to project requirements.
Read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
Assist in maintaining quality and safety standards at the construction site.
Support the team in completing project activities within scheduled timelines.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in high-rise residential projects.
Good understanding of construction activities and site operations.
Proficiency in reading structural and architectural drawings.
Candidates with relevant residential construction experience will be preferred.
2. Guest Service Associate (GSA) – 01 Position
Siddharth Group is also looking for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to support guest-related services and day-to-day hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist guests with their requirements and queries.
Provide professional and courteous guest service.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth service.
Maintain a welcoming and customer-friendly environment.
Handle guest requests and communicate information clearly.
Follow company standards and procedures for guest services.
Preferred Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and polite attitude.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant hospitality or guest-service experience will be an advantage.
