Job Description & Role Profile
As a Production Executive at Bal Pharma Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations in the Granulation and Compression area. This position requires maintaining strict regulatory adherence, operating solid oral dosage manufacturing equipment, and ensuring accurate batch documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Granulation & Compression equipment efficiently.
Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and plant safety compliance protocols.
Perform routine in-process quality checks and maintain error-free batch documentation.
Handle equipment operation, cleaning procedures, and obtain line clearance for production batches.
Coordinate effectively with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for smooth production flow.
Support departmental investigations, CAPA execution, deviation tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc in a relevant discipline.
Core Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Granulation & Compression manufacturing processes.
Compliance Standards: Hands-on experience with cGMP, regulatory compliance, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Documentation Skills: Proficiency in managing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Soft Skills: Solid teamwork, communication, and operational problem-solving skills.
