1️⃣ Store Manager
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
🧑💼 Experience: 2–5 Years (Construction Industry)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction site inventory & store operations
Handle material inward/outward and stock records
Maintain accurate inventory and reports
Coordinate with site engineers and vendors
Ensure proper storage and material handling
👉 Store roles in construction mainly involve inventory control, material tracking, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution
✅ Requirements:
Experience in construction/store handling
Knowledge of MS Excel / inventory systems
Good organizational & reporting skills
2️⃣ Accountant
💰 Salary: ₹30,000+
🧑💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Years
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting & financial records
Manage GST, TDS, billing & compliance
Prepare financial reports & MIS
Maintain project-wise accounts
Coordinate with auditors and management
👉 In real estate companies, accountants manage financial records, taxation, and project costing activities
✅ Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com or related qualification
Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, Taxation
Experience in construction/real estate preferred
