Kashmiri Sons is hiring an experienced Senior Account Manager (Head – Finance & Compliance) to manage financial operations, compliance, audits, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Manage core finance and compliance operations
Handle audits (internal & external) and statutory requirements
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
Ensure GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
Manage banking operations and cash flow
Build and maintain vendor relationships
Lead and supervise the accounts team
Develop financial strategies and planning
🎓 Experience Required
8–10 Years
🎯 Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
Experience with accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP)
Advanced Excel & financial reporting skills
Leadership and team management ability
Good communication and analytical skills
🎓 Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
MBA (Finance) – Preferred
