We are currently hiring a Purchase Executive for the PM Purchase department at our Haridwar Plant[cite: 1]. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain operations, bringing a proactive approach to handling vendor relations, documentation, and daily material procurement[cite: 1].

Key Responsibilities
As a Purchase Executive, your core duties will include:

Managing the purchase of general items as per plant requirements, including packaging materials, consumables, spares, and stationery[cite: 1].
Coordinating with vendors and negotiating rates to ensure cost-effective procurement[cite: 1].
Following up actively on orders to guarantee the timely delivery of goods[cite: 1].
Maintaining accurate purchase records and managing all relevant documentation[cite: 1].
Supporting smooth and efficient supply chain operations within the facility[cite: 1].
Coordinating seamlessly with internal teams to understand and fulfill their material needs[cite: 1].
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess the following skills:

Good communication skills for effective vendor and internal interactions[cite: 1].
Hands-on experience with SAP (highly preferred)[cite: 1].
Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting[cite: 1].
