Job Description & Core Responsibilities
Work Measurement: Executing Time Study and Method Study to optimize standard operation procedures and process flows.
Production Optimization: Conducting Line Balancing activities to ensure smooth material flow and minimize bottleneck areas.
Planning & Targets: Managing Capacity Planning and setting realistic Target (TGT) metrics for manufacturing lines.
Performance Analysis: Performing detailed Efficiency and Productivity analysis to drive continuous shop-floor improvements.
Operational Excellence: Implementing Kaizen methodologies, 5S standards, and Lean Manufacturing principles across processes.
