🔧 Key Responsibilities
Develop formulations for skin care and hair care products
Work on new product development (NPD) and improve existing products
Conduct stability testing and product evaluation to ensure quality and shelf life
Maintain proper documentation and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement teams
Research new ingredients, raw materials, and market trends
Perform lab trials and support product scale-up for manufacturing
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or related field
3–5 years of experience in cosmetic R&D or formulation
Knowledge of skin care / hair care product development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of GMP and cosmetic regulations is an added advantage
