Job Description
Cyborg ERP is looking for an experienced Implementation Head / Manager to manage ERP implementation projects and coordinate with clients and internal teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning projects, managing implementation activities, and ensuring successful delivery according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
Plan and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Communicate with clients to understand business requirements.
Coordinate with internal technical and functional teams.
Analyze business processes and identify suitable ERP solutions.
Manage client relationships throughout the implementation process.
Monitor project progress and resolve implementation-related issues.
Ensure successful ERP deployment and client satisfaction.
Prepare project documentation and implementation reports.
Provide guidance and support to the ERP implementation team.

Qualification
B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / Equivalent Degree.
Experience
4+ years of relevant experience.

Job Description
Cyborg IT Services is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to support ERP implementation projects and work closely with clients to understand their business requirements. The candidate will assist in requirement gathering, functional analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and user training.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and document client business requirements.
Assist with ERP implementation and configuration activities.
Coordinate with clients during the implementation process.
Perform functional analysis and requirement gathering.
Support ERP testing and troubleshooting.
Prepare functional and project documentation.
Assist with user training and system demonstrations.
Coordinate with technical teams for required customizations.
Support clients after ERP implementation.
Help ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions.

Qualification
B.Tech / MBA / Equivalent Degree.
