Job Description
GreenGrahi is hiring an Assistant Manager – QA (Executive) for its operations in Bhagwanpur, Roorkee, Uttarakhand. This position is suitable for experienced Quality Assurance professionals who have knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI and ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 standards.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting quality assurance activities, maintaining documentation, monitoring production processes and helping ensure compliance with applicable food safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support QA documentation and quality records.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, internal audit records, CAPA, deviations and customer complaint records.
Monitor raw material, in-process and finished-product quality.
Ensure quality checks are performed according to defined procedures.
Support implementation and monitoring of food safety and quality systems.
Participate in internal audits and compliance activities.
Identify quality-related issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with production and other departments to maintain product quality.
Ensure applicable food safety and quality requirements are followed.
Maintain accurate QA records and reports.

Required Knowledge
Candidates should have strong knowledge of:

GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices
GHP – Good Hygiene Practices
HACCP
FSSAI requirements
ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000
Quality assurance and food safety procedures
QA documentation and audit processes

Educational Qualification
B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or a related field.

Experience
3–7 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, food processing, FMCG, food manufacturing or a related industry.

Candidates with practical experience in quality documentation, audits, food safety systems and production quality monitoring may be preferred.

Ability to monitor raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
