Experience Required: 1 – 4 Years (Preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 / Month (Estimated)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Handle tractor loan collections in assigned territory
Follow up with customers for overdue payments
Maintain daily collection reports and MIS
Ensure timely recovery and reduction of NPA
Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution
Build and maintain customer relationships
Visit customers for field collection when required
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
Experience in collections / recovery / field sales
Knowledge of loan recovery process
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of finance and lending products
