Job Description
Hawk Commandos Protection Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Executive / Human Resources Professional to manage day-to-day HR activities and employee-related processes.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, good knowledge of HR operations, payroll processing, employee records, and statutory compliance. The candidate should also be familiar with EPF, ESIC, and current labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Handle day-to-day HR and employee management activities.
Manage and coordinate the payroll process.
Prepare and maintain EPF and ESIC challans.
Ensure proper compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
Keep updated with the latest changes in labour laws, rules and HR compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate attendance and employee-related information.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters.
Support smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure timely completion of routine HR and compliance activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR or Human Resources operations.
Graduate degree or relevant qualification in HR / Human Resources / Management preferred.
Good knowledge of Payroll Processing.
Practical knowledge of EPF and ESIC.
Understanding of current Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidential employee information and HR records.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with HR-related documentation.
