Job Description & Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource management, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources within corporate or manufacturing sectors and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Plan and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source, interview, and hire qualified candidates for various departments.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, career development programs, and feedback mechanisms.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies comply with local labor laws, industry standards, and WHO-GMP guidelines.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team to manage employee compensation, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
Training & Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and boost overall workplace productivity.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Education: MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized university or institution.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven professional experience in human resources management (pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector experience is a strong plus).
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; deep knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
