Satya Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. is an established player in the aluminium extrusion manufacturing sector based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to manage our plant-level human resources, compliance, and employee operations.

Job Description & Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic and organized HR Executive to handle day-to-day human resource operations, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing sector experience and a strong command over HRMS and attendance systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Attendance Management: Daily recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of attendance for all employees and workmen.
Leave Management: Tracking, approving, and reconciling leave records of all staff and workers.
Shift Rosters: Managing daily shift rotations and calculating accurate overtime records.
Payroll & Vendor Billing: Processing monthly salaries and verifying vendor bills and invoices.
HRMS Management: Regularly maintaining, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of employee records and data within the company HRMS.
General HR Operations: Handling other core HR-related activities and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate or MBA in Human Resources (MBA-HR).
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in HR and payroll management.
Industry Preference: Prior experience working in a manufacturing industry environment will be preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient with HRMS software, Biometric Attendance Systems, and MS Excel.
